Bio: Tonya has loved magic ever since she was a small child, it had always fascinated her the way non-psychic types could do such things! It was always a dream to work<img src="cdncache-a.akamaihd.net/items/…"> alongside such pokemon, learning the tricks inside out and even helping preform them. To get to that world though, she had to make some very powerful friends. That road wasn't easy or comfortable but in the end she pulled through. The Manectric had become an assistant to a very wonderful magician on the big stage.

However, this was not long before the undead infestation had begun it’s reign. The magician Tonya had been working with was having a scheduled tour, at that time they had no knowledge of the horror that awaited them. The first to go was their car driver, the duo had requested to stop and a place to eat and he remained outside in the vehicle<img src="cdncache-a.akamaihd.net/items/…">. She has a very uneasy feeling so her co-worker allowed her to take something from the act supplies to feel somewhat more comfortable. The driver was clearly a dead man the moment a hoard had burst into the building. The magician had managed to get some mons out of the building before it was fully infested.

The group had managed to stay together for a while but they did get picked off either by zombies or suicide. Eventually, Tonya was the last alive. She kept herself hidden and locked away in a building with enough supplies to last a while. Soon though, the supplies became a pile of trash and she needed to leave. After escaping the building she wandered most of the day, when she began to grow tired she caught sight of a small group of mons fending off a small hoard. The Manectric lent a hand without a second thought – it was that day when she joined Toxic Fist and gained the nickname “Volts”.
Personality: Tonya loves to tease – literally about anything. She can also be a bit rude given any occasion, it’s in her nature.

Extra:
-The whip she uses is stuffed with metal flecks, it’s original use was intended for a magic trick but now Tonya uses it in a deadly fashion by sending jolts of electricity through it.
- When inside the base, she’s always wearing some fancy dress(one that she owned and kept very close before the infestation and others that were found on jobs)
- Tonya also has a strange way with zombies, she will sometimes poke and prod ones that were taken down . From the side it looks like she’s trying to figure out how that tick but in reality she just really likes playing with them.
- Unlike normal Manectric, she was born with her tail bent downward. As a child they tried getting treatments for it but it was a defect that couldn't be changed.
